Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) begin processing the same day.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we process orders quickly, please contact us immediately at support@footvi.store or +1 (732) 952-1775 if you need to make changes. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, modifications may no longer be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Transit time typically takes 2–4 business days. Combined with our 1-day processing time, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship using major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its progress online.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my card be charged?

Your payment method is charged immediately at the time your order is placed.

Is my payment information secure?

What if my package arrives damaged or missing?
